• Experience in customer service and clienteling
• Experience being a team player
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Acts as a brand representative and provides an individualized styling experience
• Performance of client outreach, appointment bookings, and upselling using technology
• Leadership & Team Collaboration: partner with leadership to mentor service and selling strategies
• Visual & Operations: maintain a visually compelling store and support weekly objectives
• Communication: share product knowledge and build ongoing client relationships
