Qualifications

• Anthro and Anthro Weddings brand fan.
• Experience in customer service and clienteling.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative reflecting the company values and contributes to the service and selling culture in the store.
• Provides expert styling advice and an individualized experience with product recommendations.
• Uses technology to enable a frictionless client experience and transact in the moment.
• Mentors service and selling strategies to impact goals with leadership.
• Keeps the store visually appealing and aligned with weekly objectives and brand focuses.
