Job summary

Flowers for Dreams is seeking a Senior Wedding Sales Consultant to quote, inspire, and book wedding decor with our production team. The role requires on-site weekends and occasional remote weekdays, reporting to Mike Zucker, Wedding Sales Consultant Manager.

Based in the Weddings department, you will manage client pipelines in our CRM, craft proposals, coordinate venue communications, and help drive growth with base salary plus commission and bonuses. Comprehensive benefits included.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years experience in wedding/event sales with design affinity.
• Must have a book of business, venue or planner contacts.
• Experience in internal and external sales.
• People-person with excellent communication skills & positive demeanor.
• Comfortable in a team-based environment.
• Knowledge of flowers, design techniques, and industry trends.

• Quoting, consulting, and selling floral to brides, grooms, & planners.
• Create, edit and own your client's wedding proposal, recipe curate, and production notes
• Venue communication and walkthroughs.

We're looking for an experienced Wedding Sales Consultant with expertise in weddings and a mastery of event production. This proven salesperson would be responsible for quoting, inspiring, and booking beautiful wedding decor for clients with our production team. The position is based in Chicago with onsite work on peak weekends and 1-2 days/week remote flexibility on weekdays.
