The Nicholas Family of Companies is seeking an experienced Webmaster to oversee the performance, optimization, security, and continuous improvement of all company websites.

This role is responsible for maintaining back-end health, implementing custom code, managing SEO strategy, and ensuring our digital properties are optimized for computers and phones, as well as for traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven discovery platforms.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Web Development, CS, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Experience managing and optimizing multiple corporate websites.
• Proficiency with Squarespace and WordPress.
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, schema markup, site architecture, and search optimization.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and similar tools.

Mansioni

• Oversee performance, optimization, and security of company websites across the portfolio.
• Perform routine updates, content implementation, plugin management, and platform maintenance.
• Monitor site performance, uptime, security, and overall technical health; conduct audits to fix issues.
• Design, develop, and implement front-end and back-end enhancements; maintain custom code and integrations.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies; manage metadata, schema, and site structure; monitor rankings and traffic.
• Optimize digital assets for AI-driven search platforms and emerging discovery ecosystems.
• Track website metrics and provide regular leadership reports; analyze user behavior and conversions.
