Job summary

JetBrains is seeking a UX/UI designer to own core web design initiatives across its ecosystem. You will build scalable design systems, create intuitive visual experiences, and ensure pages meet high standards for accessibility and performance.

Collaborating with product managers and developers, you will refine user journeys, improve interactions, and deliver cohesive web interfaces across devices. A strong portfolio and fluency with modern design tools are essential.

You'll take ownership of major web design initiatives across our ecosystem. Instead of applying surface polish, you'll tackle core visual and structural challenges, building scalable design patterns, improving user journeys, and shaping how our web interfaces operate across devices. You'll collaborate directly with product managers and developers, bringing visual clarity to complicated workflows and ensuring our web pages meet the high standards our users expect.

Day to day, you will:
