Job summary

JetBrains is looking for a web design lead to create clear, scalable interfaces across our web ecosystem. You will own major design initiatives, shape visual systems, and translate complex concepts into intuitive experiences across devices.

You will collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are implemented faithfully, accessible, fast, and delightful. A strong portfolio and expertise with modern tools are essential to succeed in this role.

Our web presence is often the first interaction developers and teams have with JetBrains. As software evolves, our web products and tools need to clearly communicate complex concepts while staying intuitive, accessible, and fast.

You’ll take ownership of major web design initiatives across our ecosystem. Instead of applying surface polish, you’ll tackle core visual and structural challenges, building scalable design patterns, improving user journeys, and shaping how our web interfaces operate across devices. You’ll collaborate directly with product managers and developers, bringing visual clarity to complicated workflows and ensuring our web pages meet the high standards our users expect.

Day to day, you will:
