Job summary

Halvik Corp seeks a Senior Technical Manager to lead a full stack development team delivering web applications in a Microsoft environment. You will oversee technical performance, coordinate delivery, and drive integration of WCF services within enterprise architecture.

Requirements include 10+ years in software engineering, 5+ years in leadership, a Secret Clearance, and Security+ or higher. Prior Army contracting experience and Agile/Scrum familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in software engineering or web app development.
• 5+ years in technical leadership or architecture.
• Secret Clearance; must meet Army requirements.
• Security+ or higher certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership, delivery oversight, and day‑to‑day coordination for a full stack team.
• Oversee web‑based components of applications in a Microsoft web environment.
• Analyze, debug, and resolve web application issues across platforms.
• Integrate Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) services within an enterprise architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
