Job summary

Ask ITC Inc. is seeking a senior software architect to guide system analysis, architecture and design for a State Medicaid replacement project. The role emphasizes web-based, service-oriented development with Java/.NET as core technologies and strong focus on modern software practices.

You will oversee development, testing and deployment under Clemson project leadership, coordinating with business users, analysts and engineers in a fast-paced government environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field.
• Master's degree in a computer-related field is highly preferred.
• Experience with web-based distributed systems and SOA architectures.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Assess, design, develop, support and implement the State’s Member Management replacement project and related initiatives.
• Provide architecture oversight, design reviews and guidance to development teams.
• Coordinate with Clemson project managers, business users, analysts and engineers to ensure quality delivery.
