Job summary

ASK IT Consulting Inc. seeks a senior software architect to lead system analysis, high-level architecture, and design for the State’s Member Management replacement project in Clemson, SC.

The role includes guiding development oversight, testing, and deployment of complex web systems and service-oriented architecture with Java/.NET exposure. The candidate will engage with Clemson’s MITS team and SCDHHS stakeholders, ensuring scalable, robust solutions across distributed services and integration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or field.
• Master’s degree in a computer related field is highly preferred.
• Experience with Java/.NET as secondary or other modern OO development.
• Experience with web services and distributed systems development.

Responsibilities

• Assess, design, develop, support and implement the State’s Member Management replacement project.
• Oversee architecture and implementation of designed services.
• Coordinate with Clemson’s technical project manager and lead for support & maintenance of development work.
