Gannett Publishing Services in Wilmington, Delaware seeks a Press Operator III to join a fast-paced print operation. You will assist with daily production on Goss HO presses, prepare presses for production, operate presses or components, clean the pressroom, and maintain mechanical readiness.

Requires high school diploma or equivalent; three years’ web offset printing experience desirable; mechanical ability and computer familiarity preferred.

Formación

• High school education or equivalent.
• Three years’ experience in web offset printing desirable.
• Mechanical ability and familiarity with computers preferred.
• Candidate must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and push/pull up to 2000 pounds.
• Ability to climb stairs on six-level press structure and work in pressroom.
• Color vision required.
• Shift work may include nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare presses for production and operate the presses or components.
• Assist with daily production on Goss HO presses.
• Clean the presses and the pressroom.
• Maintain mechanical readiness of the presses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
