Job summary

USA TODAY Co., Inc. is seeking a full-time Press Operator at our Gannett Publishing Services facility in New Castle, Delaware. This role supports daily production on Goss HO presses, requires basic mechanical and/or manufacturing skills, and offers an hourly wage of $20 based on experience.

You will work with a team to prepare presses, operate presses and components, clean the pressroom, maintain press readiness, and perform other duties as assigned. The position may include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Three years’ experience in web offset printing is desirable.
• Mechanical ability and familiarity with computers are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presses for production and operate the presses or their components.
• Clean the presses and the pressroom and maintain mechanical readiness.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support daily production.
