Job summary

Nintendo of America, based in Redmond, WA, is seeking a senior developer for an 8-month contract in the Digital Marketing department to design and write scalable code for Nintendo.com applications. Qualifications

Minimum five years' experience using Java, SQL Server, and related technologies.
Experience on scalable, high-volume, internet-facing websites at enterprise level.
Familiarity with IDEs and version control systems (e.g., Visual Studio, Eclipse, SVN, GitHub, TFS).
Proficiency in GraphQL or REST-based web services, LINQ, XML, and JSON.
Strong API development skills and multi-tier applications.

Responsibilities

Writes secure code and designs smaller scale applications.
Participates in all phases of the development life cycle, focusing on coding, testing, and debugging.
Maintains data structures and supports existing solutions.
