3dB Labs is seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer to join our West Chester, OH team. The role requires designing and implementing scalable web solutions, leading peers, and aligning with product goals in an agile setting.

The position demands 7+ years of web development (React/Node.js), 4+ years Python, and ability to obtain a US Government Top Secret clearance. In-office work in West Chester, OH is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of web development experience with React and Node.js
• 4+ years of Python experience
• 3+ years of SQL/Database experience
• Experience building high-performance APIs
• Experience developing software for Linux
• Experience leading other engineers
• Ability to obtain a US Government Top Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Design and implement performant and scalable front-end and back-end components using modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Node.js)
• Participate in all SDLC activities including designing, developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining software
• Act as a technical lead for junior engineers with code and design reviews
• Work in an Agile-like environment with sprint planning, grooming, and demos
• Collaborate with product managers and architects to build requirements and provide estimates
