Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and implement the organization’s knowledge management strategy within the SharePoint platform.
Design and configure advanced SharePoint Search solutions, including custom result sources and refiners, to optimize content discoverability across the enterprise.
Lead large-scale content migration projects, developing the strategy and tools to move data from legacy systems to SharePoint Online.

Technical Leadership and Mentorship:
Serve as the lead developer and technical mentor for a team of journeyman developers and site administrators.
Provide expert-level Tier 3 support, diagnosing and resolving the most complex issues related to custom code, system performance, and platform integrations.
