Job summary

Belmark Inc seeks a software developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and support modern web applications and integrations. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate problems into clear requirements and practical technical solutions using React, Node.js, Express, SQL, REST APIs, and Git.

Some legacy C# work and modernization efforts are expected. Qualifications include a BS in CS or related field (or equivalent) and 4–8 years of experience, strong English communication,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis, or related field, OR equivalent professional experience.
• 4-8 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on development with React, Node.js, Express, SQL, REST APIs, and Git.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to translate ambiguous stakeholder needs into clear requirements and guidance.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Linux, and Docker preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support web applications, integrations, and related business systems.
• Analyze business workflows, stakeholder needs, and pain points to determine practical solutions.
• Translate problems into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and guidance.
• Develop and maintain solutions using React, Node.js, Express, SQL, REST APIs, Git.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and other developers; perform code reviews and debugging.
• Balance project work with support requests and production issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain existing applications, including legacy C# systems, while modernizing toward the web stack.
