ActioNet, Inc. is seeking a Senior/SME Web Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable web applications supporting marine, aviation, and unmanned systems.

You will work across on‑premises and cloud environments, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver user‑focused digital solutions with modern UI/UX and robust APIs. The role requires 5+ years of experience in enterprise web development, strong front-end/back-end skills, and the ability to mentor junior developers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience developing and maintaining enterprise web applications.
• Experience in marine, aviation, or related operational environments preferred.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain secure web applications in Windows, Linux, and cloud environments.
• Strong front-end and back-end web development skills and responsive UI/UX design experience.
• APIs, databases, and enterprise applications integration experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/IT or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web-based applications and content management solutions for mission-critical systems.
• Collaborate with customers, users, and teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop responsive, accessible interfaces using modern web technologies and design tools.
• Create visual, content-rich web experiences following UX/UI principles.
• Build and maintain applications across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web services for enterprise apps.
• Follow best practices for secure, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization throughout SDLC.
• Generate analytics with reporting tools to support decision-making.
• Support configuration management, version control, releases, and change management.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and accessibility standards.
• Maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and user docs.
• Support modernization, cloud migration, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
