ActioNet, Inc. is seeking an experienced Development Lead/Architect to drive design and delivery of scalable software. You will lead frontend work (React/Vue/Angular) and backend development (Java/JS/Python/Go), ensuring robust data stores and high performance.

You will mentor developers, review PRs, optimize systems, and collaborate to define architecture and standards across teams while maintaining security and quality.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in software development.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust (High) clearance.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks and backend languages.

Responsibilities

• Feature Architecture: Designing small-to-medium systems.
• Code Quality: Writing clean, testable code.
• Review PRs: Conduct code review before deployment and coach developers on issues.
• API: Understand RESTful or GraphQL APIs for team use.
• Performance: Identify and fix bottlenecks including SQL and frontend bundles.
• Team Development: Coach and mentor mid-junior developers.
