Job summary

Greenlight is seeking a Senior Web Designer to create high-performing web experiences for families, guiding product discovery journeys and onboarding. You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Brand, Marketing, and other teams to deliver lovable, memorable experiences across platforms.

The role is fully remote and requires 5-7 years of web design, strong Figma skills, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of web design experience with a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership, impact and outcomes, and the thinking behind your designs.
• Fluency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping for engineering handoff.
• Familiarity with AI tools including Claude, Figma make, Gemini, etc.
• Mobile app experience preferred; fintech or consumer product background a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of AfterEffects and motion tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build user-centered website layouts, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and conversion-focused digital experiences; iterate to improve performance.
• Own the direction and quality of your initiatives, linking to broader product and design systems.
• Drive UI decisions and deliver engineering-ready designs, flows, and components; manage end-to-end website design development.
• Raise the bar for design quality; stay current with web trends, accessibility standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, copywriters, and engineers to translate complex business challenges into best-in-class digital experiences.
