About the role The Senior Web Designer at Greenlight will own the end-to-end design of family-facing web properties, translating complex financial concepts into intuitive and delightful digital experiences. This role is responsible for shaping product discovery journeys and building delightful user onboarding specifically tailored for diverse family members, including parents, children, and seniors. The designer will craft clear, intuitive paths that guide users through financial tools while balancing expressive brand identity with strict technical and compliance constraints. Close collaboration with cross-functional partners such as Product Management, Engineering, Brand, and Marketing is central to ensuring cohesive and lovable experiences. The position requires a deep commitment to data-informed iteration, using user feedback and behavioural signals to continuously refine web interfaces. Special emphasis will be placed on creating onboarding sequences that instill confidence in seniors exploring new financial features online. Ultimately, the designer will define the visual and structural language of web products that support safe financial exploration within trusted family environments.

What you'll do

• Execute the work posted for the Senior Web Designer position at Greenlight, translating strategic goals into high-fidelity web interfaces.
