Job summary

Profound is seeking a Web Designer to shape how the brand is experienced online. You will own design from concept to shipped pages, collaborating with front-end engineers and the brand team to translate briefs into high-conversion, on-brand web experiences.

You will leverage Figma and AI tools to push craft, maintain typography and layout discipline, and extend design to emails and social assets as needed. This role is on-site in NYC or Buenos Aires, with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing high craft on shipped websites.
• Fluent in Figma and AI tools; comfortable collaborating with frontend engineers.
• Strong command of typography, layout, grid, and visual hierarchy.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship marketing pages, landing pages, and campaign sites reflecting Profound's brand.
• Collaborate with frontend and design engineers from concept to production.
• Design with constraints in a design system and hand off specs for code implementation.
• Prototype interactions and motion; ensure pages are accessible and performant.
• Own end-to-end web design for key initiatives, from homepages to product feature pages.
• Coordinate with brand and product marketing to create high-conversion pages.
• Audit and refine the site for craft and consistency; extend to email/social/assets when relevant.
