Interactive Strategies in downtown Washington, DC, seeks a Lead Web Designer/Art Director to craft experiences that create emotional connections and inspire action. You’ll lead hands-on design, mentor a seasoned team, and translate research insights into strategic, visually compelling solutions.

You’ll collaborate with writers and strategists, design logos and brand systems, and present concepts to executives, pushing creative boundaries while keeping client goals in focus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in UX and web design with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to design in diverse styles and create logos/brand systems.
• Comfortable presenting concepts to executives and stakeholders.
• Collaborative, mentoring and leadership experience on design teams.
• Multi-dimensional skills including illustration, typography, motion design, and front-end coding.
