Descripción de la vacante

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Web Design Systems Designer to own how client design systems get built. You will extract patterns from brands and reference sites into a token-based system that a build pipeline can execute with precision.

This is a senior, systems-first role. You will stand up new systems quickly and accurately across several client brands, not just pages, while collaborating with US business hours. Remote work is available from Latin America.

Formación

• 4+ years designing for the web with real design system work in a portfolio.
• Fluency in Figma variables, component properties, auto layout, and variants.
• Portfolio shows work across different clients with consistent rigor.
• Strong English and overlap with US business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Build token architecture in Figma using variables, modes, and semantic naming for a predictable pipeline.
• Ship core component libraries that hold up across an entire site.
• Document the system so a developer or automated pipeline can execute it.
• Work across several client brands at once with the same structural rigor.
