Senior Design Systems Engineer - Remote (LatAm)

Blacksmith Agency LLC; Valparaiso (IN); Híbrido; CLP 88.409.000 - 117.878.000; Jornada completa

Descripción de la vacante

Blacksmith Agency LLC seeks a senior Design Systems Engineer to own how client design systems are built, extracting patterns into a working system of tokens, variables, modes, and core components that a build pipeline can execute. Precision is the job.

This is a senior, systems-first role, delivering fast, accurate systems across multiple brands with consistency and rigor, while coordinating with US business hours from a remote Latin America location.

Formación

• 4+ years designing for the web with real design system work in your portfolio.
• Fluency in Figma variables, component properties, auto layout and variants; architecture, not just tidy files.
• A portfolio showing different client work with consistent underlying rigor.
• Strong English and overlap with US business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Build token architecture in Figma using variables, modes, and semantic naming our pipeline can read predictably.
• Ship core component libraries that hold up across an entire site, not just a homepage.
• Document the system so a developer or an automated pipeline can execute it without questions.
• Work across several client brands at once, each looking distinctly different, with the same structural rigor.
