Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Web Data Analyst to drive data-informed decisions across our digital presence. The role sits in our Global Digital Marketing team alongside regional teams and is embedded with content, campaign, and design teams that make our digital presence come to life. You'll leverage web analytics and paid media data to deliver actionable insights, optimize user experiences, and fuel growth. Expertise in GA4, Looker, Power BI, Optimizely, intent data, personalization, testing, and growth funnels is crucial.

  • Advanced Web Analytics: Build the GA4 and data warehouse strategy, implementation, and analysis to understand user behavior, identify trends, and optimize website performance. Create custom event tracking and set up goals and conversions to align with business objectives
  • Paid Media Performance: Analyze campaign performance across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Demandbase Ads), providing insights on ROI, CPA, and optimization opportunities. Deep dive into platform-specific metrics and reporting.
  • Data Visualization & Reporting: Develop insightful Power BI / similar scalable dashboards integrating web analytics, organic and paid media data to communicate key findings and performance.
  • Personalization & Testing: Partner on A/B and multivariate testing (Optimizely), leveraging data to inform hypotheses and measure results. Identify and analyze personalization opportunities.
  • Growth Funnel Optimization: Analyze user journeys through the growth funnel, identifying drop-offs and opportunities for improvement with access to pre-click, landing page, conversion data as well as to teams who can altern those journeys.
  • Regional Data Support: Ability to pull, analyze, and present web and paid media data for specific regional markets, identifying localized trends and opportunities.
  • Competitive Benchmarking: Conduct outside and competitive analysis of key web and paid media metrics to identify performance gaps and strategic opportunities.
  • Data Warehouse & User Flows: Utilize data warehouse environments to extract and visualize comprehensive user flows and journeys, identifying key pathways and areas for optimization.
  • Actionable Insights & Communication: Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Education / Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • 5 years + of web data analysis experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency in GA4, Adobe Analytics, lookerstudio or similar.
  • Strong experience analyzing paid media campaign performance across various platforms.
  • Advanced Power BI skills for data visualization and reporting.
  • Proven experience with A/B testing and personalization platforms.
  • Deep understanding of growth funnels and optimization strategies.
  • Experience in conducting competitive benchmarking analysis.
  • Experience working with data warehouses and visualizing user flows.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing audience-targeting strategies.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with tag management (e.g., GTM).
  • Proven experience with Optimizely
