Job summary

Citizant is a leading provider of professional IT services to the U.S. government, seeking a Senior Web Content Administrator for a new term opportunity in the Washington, DC area.

You will lead web content development, mentor staff, and maintain pages across internal and client sites with a user-centered design focus. The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong Drupal/HTML/JavaScript/AEM skills, and excellent presentation abilities, with DC-area candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in website design and management.
• 10+ years of experience developing and delivering web content using Drupal, HTML, JavaScript, Adobe Experience Manager, AuthorWeb, Qualtrics, Turning Point, and other similar tools.
• Experience developing presentations and presenting to clients.
• Ability to work effectively with others in a team-oriented setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Candidates local to the DC area are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for developing and maintaining web content utilized by clients.
• Provides technical leadership to less experienced staff in same role.
• Maintain documents, web pages, and communication on internal and external websites.
• Designs user-centered websites that maximize user engagement.
• Utilizes user flow construction and optimization techniques and develops prototypes of new pages.
• Recommend new and innovative ways to present and collect information on the web.
