Job summary

ArtPride New Jersey Foundation is seeking a full-time Web Content & Editorial Manager to create, manage, and optimize digital content across ArtPrideNJ.org and JerseyArts.com. The role oversees freelancers and a content team to publish engaging stories, video, and podcasts that align with organizational priorities.

You will develop content calendars, manage seasonal campaigns, and ensure content is timely, accurate, and SEO-friendly.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in web content production, digital publishing or editorial management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong editing & proofreading.
• Experience publishing digital content across multiple platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills for multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and with freelancers/external partners.
• Experience with CMS (Drupal preferred).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
• Experience with FormAssembly and video/audio platforms.
• Familiarity with YouTube, podcasts, analytics, CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as assignment editor for JerseyArts.com and coordinate freelance coverage.
• Edit, manage, publish feature stories, video packages, and podcasts.
• Oversee JerseyArts.com content for seasonal marketing campaigns.
• Develop content calendar for ArtPrideNJ.org Voices from the Field.
• Maintain and update ArtPrideNJ.org; collaborate on new content.
• Coordinate content for YouTube channels and podcast publications.
• Identify and develop new digital content opportunities with leadership.
• Assist with site maintenance and resolve content issues.
