Senior Technical Product Manager – Web Tools & Platforms- Plano Texas

We are seeking an experienced Senior Web-Based Tools Management Engineer to support the development, enhancement, and management of customer-facing and internal web-based tools within a Wireless/Telecom environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines web content management, AI/automation, cloud governance, security, and technical infrastructure experience with strong project and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development and support of internal and external customer-facing web tools, portals, SFTP platforms, Confluence-based solutions, and information management systems.
• Drive short- and long-term strategies for improving web-based tools and customer engagement platforms.
• Translate business and customer requirements into technical requirements, specifications, and product enhancements.
• Lead the planning and integration of AI technologies into existing and new web-based tools.
• Manage application standards, security, software, infrastructure, and hardware requirements.
• Drive automation initiatives, including the development and commercialization of tooling scripts.
• Coordinate multiple development initiatives, internal teams, external vendors, and customer stakeholders.
• Establish cloud governance standards, best practices, and procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8+ years of experience in Web Content Management / Web-Based Development
• Experience managing and implementing customer-facing web tools and information management platforms
• Strong experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience implementing AI and automation within web-based platforms
• Understanding of web application security and platform security fundamentals
• Experience with technical infrastructure, data center architecture, and automation
• Experience establishing cloud governance, standards, and best practices
• Good understanding of telecommunications technologies and processes
• Strong project management, vendor management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
