Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Senior Weapons Logistics and Maintenance SME to support Fort Bragg-based operations. The role serves as a technical liaison for SOF-Peculiar, foreign, and non-standard weapons, providing advanced maintenance, sustainment, and training.

The candidate will manage inventory, schedules, and records, perform trend analysis, and execute GCSS-Army work orders and parts management.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• US citizenship required.
• 1 year (proficient) or 3 years (expert, preferred) sustaining and repairing SOF-Peculiar foreign weapons and accessories.
• Skills equal to Army MOS 91F or branch equivalent.
• Completion of USASOC SOF-P Weapons Repair Course and the SOF-P Foreign/Nonstandard Armorers Course, or willingness to obtain.
• ASNT NDT Level II certification, or obtain Level II within 18 months of employment.
• Knowledge of AR 750-1, AR 700-4, and DA PAM 750-8; working knowledge of TAMMS and GCSS-Army.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, maintenance schedules, and records; perform trend analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Operate GCSS-Army: process PM01, PM02, and PM06 work orders, maintain service schedules, and manage Class IX repair parts, Shop Stock, and Bench Stock per AR 710-2.
• Serve as technical liaison for weapons life cycle management and logistics support.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair a variety of weapons at field level and inspect and replace weapon components.
• Perform nondestructive inspection using Liquid Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Eddy Current, and Ultrasonic methods.
• Provide training on assembly, disassembly, maintenance, functioning, adjustments, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of weapons.
• Provide work-site reports, including production backlog, demands by MCN or NSN, and Equipment Status Reports.
