PatchPlus Consulting, Inc. seeks experienced Joint Targeting instructors/operations specialists to support the Joint Targeting School (JTS) at Dam Neck Annex, NAS Oceana, Virginia Beach, VA.

Instructors will teach the Joint Targeting Staff course, covering the full targeting cycle, in both traditional classrooms and virtual environments using Teams LMS. Ideal candidates possess TOP SECRET/SCI clearance with in-scope NACLAC within the last five years, and substantial warfighting operational

Qualifications

• Top Secret/SCI clearance with NACLAC in-scope within last 5 years.
• Demonstrated success in three or more of the listed areas.
• Knowledge of Joint Doctrine and Chairman Instructions/Manuals.
• Experience with verification and validation of software tools against authoritative data sources.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Joint Targeting Staff course covering the full Joint Targeting Cycle in classroom and virtual environments.
• Support curriculum review boards, targeting committee meetings, and doctrine development conferences.
• Coordinate and design instruction for complex joint targeting training programs.

Education

No degree with a minimum of 7 years’ warfighting operational experience
