Job summary

You will own program cost, schedule, and technical performance, coordinating with aviation customers and internal partners to deliver compliant solutions. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in MRO/program management, DoD lifecycle and EVMS experience, and a US citizenship with ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant work experience in MRO and program management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of EVMS, scheduling, and program control.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Owns the program across cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Provides programmatic direction and leads reviews with stakeholders.
• Chairs program boards and coordinates customer and subcontractor meetings.
• Manages risks, opportunities, and Earned Value metrics to drive success.
• Collaborates with contracts, finance, engineering, supply chain, and mission assurance to execute programs.
