Qualifications

• Experience in a relationship management role.
• Experience in a technology or financial services field.
• Familiarity with financial technology or financial services companies.
• Excellent listener with problem solving and deductive reasoning skills.
• Ability to engage at the C-Level and drive strategy and solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime for client support.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains strong client relationships to foster collaboration.
• Execute targeted sales campaigns and account activation in coordination with Sales and Marketing.
• Identify sales and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Conduct proactive outreach to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Use data and reporting tools to identify underpenetrated firms and prioritize follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Senior Account Managers to transition smaller accounts or qualify leads for escalation.
• Provide optimal support to institutional business, including tracking and resolving issues.
