AllianceBernstein seeks a Reporting Analyst to join the Consolidated Reporting team within Wealth Management Operations. The role focuses on delivering accurate consolidated reporting and responsive support to Financial Advisors, Associates, and Ultra High Net Worth clients.

You will work with Addepar to provide a consolidated view of client assets across managers and custodians, participating in the full servicing lifecycle from onboarding to report production and ongoing maintenance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in client reporting, performance reporting, investment operations, wealth management operations, or related financial services.
• Prior Addepar experience strongly preferred; other wealth technology platforms also considered.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new client relationships to Addepar and support a smooth transition into ongoing servicing.
• Perform quality control for new client setups and ongoing report production.
• Research and resolve data discrepancies, holdings or performance variances, and reporting exceptions.
• Produce and quality check daily, monthly, quarterly, recurring and customized consolidated reports.
• Maintain clear case notes and client-specific servicing instructions for continuity.
• Translate technical findings into clear guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences.
