SUMMARY

Servtech, A Roeslein Company, is seeking a dedicated Building Assembler Technician II to join our dynamic team at our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling metal building structures on welded skids. We are seeking an individual who is committed to performing high-quality work safely, pays close attention to detail, and has a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble metal building structures on welded skids using various tools and equipment according to job specifications.
• Read, interpret, and follow basic prints and other written instructions and/or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products.
• Install siding and roof panels on structures.
• Organize all materials and equipment.
• Must follow training and company procedures.
• Operate mobile equipment including scissor lift, mobie deck crane, overhead cranes, and forklifts within the safety procedures and polices required.
• Must be a leader who represents the organization with the ability to be a liaison to our customers, adhere to company standards, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Must follow good housekeeping practices.
• Must comply with Roeslein & Servtech's core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and the commitment to maintain respectful relationships with all employees.
• Performs all work in compliance with company standards, does not deviate from policies and procedures, and adheres to regulatory requirements.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILL / ABILITY / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear. Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. regularly is required. Must be able to stand/walk 90% of the time and sit 10% of the time. Requires the ability to work from heights while utilizing the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for each situation.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with an uncontrolled atmosphere. Exposure to harsh conditions - such as dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures for short periods is possible. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.
