Job summary

Osaic is seeking a technically skilled Senior Financial Planning Strategist for our High Net Worth Planning Services team. You will apply deep knowledge of estate, business, and tax planning to identify and communicate sophisticated solutions to financial advisors serving high-net-worth clients.

The role requires leadership, mentorship, and the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including at conferences and webinars.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial planning experience in a client-facing capacity.
• CFP designation and related credentials.
• Experience delivering educational content to diverse audiences.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide innovative solutions on tax, estate, business succession and retirement planning.
• Research and apply planning knowledge to address complex issues for advisors.
• Review and summarize complex estate and business governance documents.
• Distill planning strategies into accessible recommendations for advisors.
• Identify regulatory and industry changes impacting planning.
• Deliver presentations at conferences, webinars, and trainings.
• Mentor colleagues to develop financial planning skills.
• All other duties as assigned.
