Osaic is seeking a Senior Financial Planning Strategist for its High Net Worth Planning Services team. The role requires deep knowledge of estate planning, business planning, and tax strategies, with the ability to translate complex planning concepts into practical solutions for financial advisors and their high-net-worth clients.

The position emphasizes delivering education, presenting at events, and mentoring teammates, while maintaining top-tier client-facing service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CFP designation required.
• 10+ years of financial planning experience in a client- or advisor-facing capacity.
• Experience delivering educational content and presenting to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide innovative solutions to financial advisors on taxation, business succession planning, estate planning, trust administration, life insurance, and retirement plans.
• Conduct research, apply experience, and address complex financial planning issues for advisors.
• Review and summarize complex estate planning documents and business governance documents.
• Distill complex planning strategies into accessible recommendations for advisors.
• Identify developments impacting financial planning and inform the organization’s strategic direction.
• Deliver presentations to internal and external audiences, including conferences, webinars, and trainings.
• Mentor colleagues to develop their financial planning skills.
• All other duties as assigned.
