The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience, CFP designation, and proven ability to educate diverse audiences. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a hybrid in-office schedule and remote options considered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial planning experience in a client- or advisor-facing capacity.
• CFP Designation is required.
• Experience delivering educational content and presenting to diverse audiences.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide innovative solutions on estate, business, and tax planning for high net worth clients.
• Research complex planning issues and present solutions to financial advisors.
• Review and summarize estate planning and governance documents.
• Distill complex strategies into accessible recommendations for advisors.
• Deliver trainings and presentations to internal and external audiences.
• Mentor colleagues to develop financial planning skills.
