Job summary

Osaic is seeking a technically skilled Senior Financial Planning Strategist to join our High Net Worth Planning Services team. You will apply advanced estate, tax, and business planning concepts to advise financial advisors and their wealthy clients.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, presentations at conferences, and mentoring colleagues. A CFP designation and 10+ years in client-facing financial planning are preferred, with a bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial planning experience in a client- or advisor-facing capacity.
• CFP designation required.
• Experience delivering educational content and presenting to diverse audiences.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide innovative solutions to financial advisors on the High Net Worth Planning Services team, including taxation, business succession planning, estate planning, trust administration, life insurance, and retirement plans.
• Conduct research, leverage technology, and apply experience to address complex planning issues and present solutions.
• Review and summarize estate planning documents and business governance documents.
• Distill complex planning strategies into accessible recommendations for advisors and clients.
• Identify developments impacting financial planning and inform organizational strategy.
• Deliver presentations to internal and external audiences, including conferences and webinars.
• Mentor colleagues to develop financial planning skills.
• All other duties as assigned.
