Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial planning experience in a client- or advisor-facing capacity.
• CFP designation required.
• Experience delivering educational content and presenting to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Provide innovative solutions to financial advisors on High Net Worth Planning Services, including taxation, business succession, estate planning, trust administration, life insurance, and retirement plans.
• Research, leverage technology, and apply experience to address complex financial planning issues and present solutions.
• Review and summarize complex estate planning and business governance documents.
• Distill complex planning strategies into accessible recommendations for advisors.
• Identify trends and regulatory changes impacting financial planning and inform strategic direction.
• Deliver presentations to internal and external audiences, including conferences and trainings.
• Mentor colleagues to develop financial planning skills.
• All other duties as assigned.
