Qualifications

• A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required.
• Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance will be required during tenure.
• CFP Certification is a plus; tuition reimbursement and CFP cohort program available.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage in warm outreach to existing and prospective clients to grow the book of business.
• Discuss market conditions, investing principles, and long‑term planning with clients to provide guidance.
• Leverage Schwab specialists and advice guidelines to help clients progress toward their goals.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to develop and retain client relationships over time.
