Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Supervisory Manager for Chase Wealth Management to oversee Financial Advisors within a defined territory. You will lead supervisory duties, manage high-risk escalations end-to-end and engage executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities include risk-based reviews, policy updates, and developing expertise in securities rules. Travel up to 50% may be required as part of oversight and field support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a principal capacity and 2 years in securities supervision, compliance, or risk in retail investments.
• Proficient knowledge of regulations, BI requirements, fiduciary oversight, and financial planning strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all management levels.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze progress of active account and book reviews and staff productivity.
• Identify issues, risks and exposures and engage senior leadership to take action.
• Ensure team understands responsibilities to perform high-quality work amid regulatory changes.
• Develop subject matter expertise in securities rules and regulations through research and training.
• Implement account reviews to monitor ongoing suitability of investments and activities in client accounts.
• Supervise staff development, evaluate performance and participate in recruiting and pay decisions.
