You will own governance, budgets, risk, and SF pipeline management, collaborating with senior leaders. Requires Series 7/66 and insurance licenses; CFA/CFP preferred. This is an on-site role with competitive compensation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience with large or complex programs/projects.
• Leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Expert knowledge of program/project management, including methodologies, processes, tools, scope management, financial tracking, scheduling, and resource management.
• Experience in solution identification and creation of robust business and financial cases.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Active Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses required.
• CFA or CFP candidate or designation highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Plan, manage, and deliver large cross-functional programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with sponsors and managers to develop solution roadmaps.
• Interact with senior leadership and across affiliates on program needs.
• Develop and maintain master programs with schedules and resources.
• Define scope, tasks, and resources to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Oversee budgets and financial cases for programs.
• Monitor risk and report progress to stakeholders.
• Serve as the Salesforce subject matter expert for the team.
• Backup to PILOC credit offering, process, and servicing.
• Drive additional wealth initiatives as assigned.
