Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial services with product management/wealth management experience.
• Deep knowledge of advisory products including managed accounts, mutual funds, ETFs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Active Series 7 license or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.
• Experience leading projects across cross-functional teams and levels.
• Strong analytical, research, and data-analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large product development initiatives as the business lead and SME for advisory platform solutions.
• Partner with business and tech teams to define requirements and prioritize enhancements.
• Maintain governance with policies, controls, and reporting.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decisions.
• Develop advisory programs and investment solutions to drive revenue and adoption.
• Resolve complex advisor/client issues with internal/external partners.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
