Job summary

Jambalaya Group seeks an experienced wealth-management professional to anchor its concierge team within a growing, multi-location private wealth practice in Louisville. The role delivers proactive, high-touch support to Gold and Platinum client relationships, solving complex issues and enabling advisors to provide excellent advice without building a personal client book.

The ideal candidate has Series 7/63/65/66 registrations, CFP/ChFC/CRPC/FPQP credentials, and strong leadership abilities to

Qualifications

• Active securities registrations such as Series 7 and Series 63/65/66 are required
• Experience supporting affluent/high-net-worth client relationships
• Strong knowledge of investments, trading workflows, financial planning and account operations
• Leadership, mentoring or team coordination experience preferred
• Service-oriented mindset; no need to build a personal production book

Responsibilities

• Serve as an extension of advisor teams for high-value clients, providing proactive support
• Coordinate complex requests with clients and ensure timely follow-through
• Support or execute trading and account activity within scope of registrations and procedures
• Perform analytical work to evaluate client opportunities and next steps
• Identify issues early and provide solutions rather than escalating problems
• Help establish service standards, workflows, and accountability across the concierge team
• Coach developing team members advancing from planning to concierge or advisor roles
• Partner with practice leadership to balance capacity and improve client experience
• Protect confidentiality and comply with all regulatory requirements
