Qualifications

• Five+ years in wealth management or high‑net‑worth client service.
• Support advisors and affluent client relationships effectively.
• Active securities registrations required; exact combo varies by duties.
• CFP or similar credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted extension of advisor teams for high‑value clients.
• Coordinate complex requests and ensure timely follow‑through.
• Assist with trading/account activity within allowed scope.
• Perform analytical work to help advisors assess opportunities.
• Anticipate needs, identify issues early, offer solutions.
• Help establish service standards, workflows, and docs.
• Coach teammates progressing from planning to concierge roles.
• Partner with leadership to balance capacity and client experience.
• Protect confidential information and comply with regulations.
