Job summary

Premier Executive Search is partnering with a growing wealth management firm to recruit a Senior Client Service Associate for its King of Prussia, PA office. The role focuses on high-net-worth client service, supporting multiple advisers and managing complex requests with a high level of professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Schwab Advisor Center, wealth-management operations, and a proven ability to independently handle end-to-end client servicing.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of direct experience in wealth management client service roles, preferably at an independent firm.
• Proven experience supporting multiple financial advisers and high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for advisers and HNW clients, delivering responsive, personalized service.
• Independently manage account openings, on-boarding and maintenance for various account types.
• Execute transfers, wires, ACHs, and money movements; coordinate with custodians.
