Schwab Wealth Advisory is seeking an experienced inbound support professional to assist high-net-worth clients and internal partners. You will triage and resolve service requests, document interactions, and maintain clear communication with advisors and clients.

The role emphasizes collaboration in a hybrid work model with on-site presence in Phoenix, supporting wealth management operations and client satisfaction at Schwab Wealth Advisory.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 license
• Active FINRA Series 66 or Series 63/65 license (or obtained within 120 days)
• Minimum 1 year of financial services experience
• Experience with CRM/ccase management/workflow platforms such as Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound needs, clarify requests, resolve issues, and deliver a consistent service experience.
• Document requests clearly, share timely updates, and explain processes to advisors, clients, and partners.
• Maintain accuracy in case management, workflows, documentation, and follow-up activities.
• Navigate inquiries, route work, and help resolve operational, planning, and service-related requests.
