M&T Bank’s Palm Beach Wealth Advisory team seeks an experienced Wealth Advisor to lead client relationships and drive revenue growth. You will coordinate with Investment Advisors, Trust Officers, and other specialists to deliver comprehensive wealth strategies for high net worth clients, while upholding fiduciary standards in a dynamic market.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with extensive sales experience in financial services, plus certifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 9 years’ sales experience in financial services.
Proven track record of implementing wealth management strategies.
Experience leading client relationship teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

Leads the client relationship team and ensures access to all resources and solutions.
Develops sales strategies to grow the client base and promotes financial services.
Coordinates team communication and recommends wealth solutions.
Manages pipeline and opportunities to meet sales goals and deliver solutions.
Leads client relationship reviews to ensure goals are achieved.
Adheres to compliance and controls per firm policies and regulations.
Promotes a client-centric culture aligned with the bank’s brand.
Maintains internal controls and addresses audit findings as applicable.
Complies with Federal SAFE Act registration and related duties.
