Job summary

Texas Regional Bank is seeking a Senior Advisor in Trust & Wealth Management, based in Dripping Springs, TX. You will design and monitor discretionary investment portfolios, work with bankers and trust officers, and develop new business across the Dripping Springs and Hill Country region.

You will communicate complex investment concepts clearly to clients, manage life-cycle relationships, and collaborate with executives to grow wealth-management services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance, economics or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in a client-facing asset/wealth management role.
• Certifications such as CFA/CFP preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Partner with bankers, Trust Officers and Client Service Team to initiate and strengthen client relationships.
• Design and manage discretionary portfolios for clients per objectives and allocations.
• Monitor investment performance and asset allocation; review portfolios with clients regularly.
• Serve as analytical resource for equity, fixed income and alternative research and manager selection.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Educate bank staff and clients about investment information to support banking clients.
