Job summary

Texas Regional Bank seeks a Senior Advisor in Trust & Wealth Management based in Fredericksburg, TX. You will design, implement and monitor long-term investment portfolios, communicate with clients, and grow relationships across the Hill Country region.

Responsibilities include portfolio design, performance monitoring, and collaboration with bankers and trust officers to deliver tailored wealth management solutions while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
• 10+ years’ client-facing asset/wealth management experience.
• Strong investment knowledge and communication skills.
• CFA/ CFP or progress toward designation preferred.
• Series 65 license required or to be obtained within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Partner with bankers and trust officers to build client relationships
• Design and manage discretionary portfolios for clients
• Monitor investment performance and asset allocation; review with clients
• Educate banking staff about investment information in support of clients
• Support and promote bank vision and adhere to policies
