Job summary

Modern Wealth Management, headquartered in Portland, seeks an Executive Wealth Advisor to serve its most profitable and complex clients while expanding the firm's national footprint. You will oversee top-tier client relationships and lead business development efforts across markets.

A portable book of at least $50M in client assets is highly valued and comes with accelerated transition support, leadership opportunities, and potential equity participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field is typically required.
• CFP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Get to Know meetings.
• Maximize all new business development opportunities.
• Manage top 10% of the team’s client reviews.
• Dedicate at least 20% of time in business development.
• Work with management team on improving client/prospect experience.
• Manage & develop Lead and Associate Advisors.
• Collaborate on new marketing strategies to drive new clients.
• Serve on investment management committee or help determine firm investment strategies for clients.
